Teachings on Thursday evening, Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning. Around that there is music, movement, chi gung and yoga. The college is in a beautiful setting on the edge of the Ashdown Forest and many people camp in the field although there is some accommodation in the college itself… for which you need to book separately, directly with the college.
